Yes, we require a minimum booking of 4 hours per shift. This ensures you have adequate time to load in, prep, cook, and clean up your station without rushing.

Absolutely! We offer recurring booking options for businesses like meal prep and caterers who need a consistent weekly schedule, ensuring your space is always guaranteed.

We recommend booking at least 48 to 72 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially during peak hours. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.

You can easily reschedule or cancel your booking through our online portal. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details on notice periods required to avoid any fees.

What payment methods do you accept?
